Happy Holidays Season 2024!
Message from the President-Elect
Hello Everyone,
We had a very nice turnout for our Holiday party at La Buona Vita’s Recreation Center. Special thanks to Denise Baker for enabling us to enjoy their beautiful room and view. Several of our new members joined us, which made the day even more special. Check out the photos below.
Please plan to join us at the workshop on Saturday, January 4th. Our teachers’ meeting begins at 10 a.m. with some light snacks to enjoy. We’ll be doing some clean-up in the Workshop afterward. Kathy Jenkins, Scott Turner, and Bob Hanson have done such a great job leading clean-up crews that I suspect we will be done quite quickly.
Be sure to watch for the January newsletter, which will include the minutes from November, as well as the agenda for our January 26th meeting.

Our resident Grande Dame and original member of the St. Lucie County Rock & Gem Club, Hannah Pollock, looking fit as the proverbial fiddle, brought her daughter and joined us for our annual holiday gathering.
Our dessert table overflowed with sweet goodness.
By the time we all had feasted, the leftovers looked downright lonely!
Then there were the gifts, each hidden behind fancy wrapping. Here, VP Scott Turner helps Miss Hannah dig through a fun box of beautiful beads and other goodies.
And a good time was had by all…
